About Matthew
Matthew Collins is the Founder and CEO of Vitalix Clinical, a multi-site clinical research organization focused on building high-performing research sites and expanding access to clinical trials.
Matthew founded Vitalix in 2024 after spending years working directly in clinical research operations and seeing firsthand what separates successful research sites from those that struggle. His experience spans site development, study start-up, patient recruitment, clinical operations, sponsor relationships, and the day-to-day execution required to successfully conduct complex clinical trials.
Under his leadership, Vitalix has grown into a multi-site organization with a particular strength in CNS and behavioral health research, while continuing to expand its investigator network and capabilities across additional therapeutic areas.
Matthew’s approach to building Vitalix is centered on execution. He believes successful research sites require more than access to investigators and patients, they require strong teams, accountable leadership, disciplined operations, and an organization capable of consistently delivering for sponsors and patients.
His focus is on building Vitalix into a scalable clinical research organization known for strong site performance, experienced investigators, and long-term partnerships with sponsors and CROs.
Matthew earned his degree in Business Management from Nichols College.
