For physicians

Bring clinical research to your practice

Offer your patients access to tomorrow’s treatments — without the operational burden. You stay focused on care and safety. Our team handles everything else, start to finish.

Why partner with Vitalix

Research that fits right into your practice

Adding clinical research shouldn’t mean adding headaches. We build the entire research operation around your existing workflow — so it enhances your practice instead of disrupting it.

More for your patients

Give the people you already care for access to investigational treatments and close, attentive study monitoring — often at no cost to them.

A new revenue stream

Clinical trials add a sustainable, non-clinical income line to your practice — with none of the upfront cost or risk falling on you.

Zero operational lift

We bring the staff, the systems, and the processes. Your day-to-day stays exactly as it is — just with research running alongside it.

A true turnkey partnership

You focus on care. We handle the rest.

Your role stays clinical: your patients, their safety, and the relationship you’ve built. Everything operational — every form, every system, every sponsor conversation — belongs to us.

Regulatory & IRB

Submissions, approvals, and essential documents — fully managed.

Budgets & contracts

We negotiate with sponsors and CROs and handle the financials.

Patient recruitment

Screening, outreach, and enrollment driven by our own team.

Trained study staff

Coordinators and sub-investigators placed and managed by us.
