About Meaghan
Meaghan Serra is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant with over a decade of clinical experience and a strong background in emergency medicine, psychometric assessment, and clinical trial execution. As a Sub-Investigator and Clinical Operations lead at Vitalix Clinical, Meaghan plays a key role in patient assessment, safety oversight, and ensuring smooth and compliant study conduct across active trials.
Before joining Vitalix, Meaghan worked extensively in emergency medicine, where she developed strong clinical judgment, rapid decision-making skills, and a deep passion for patient care. She later transitioned into research and has since contributed to multiple Phase II and III studies in psychiatric, substance use, neurology, infectious disease, and Alzheimer’s programs.
Meaghan holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Springfield College and maintains national CAQ certification in Emergency Medicine. She is also trained in psychedelic-assisted therapy, reflecting her interest in advancing modern mental health treatment approaches.
Known for her calm approach, strong clinical presence, and commitment to quality execution, Meaghan brings operational leadership and compassionate patient care to Vitalix.
